There is no artificial usage limit and no account. Real speed and maximum size depend on your device and browser: large or long videos are slower and may run out of browser memory. A warning is shown for very large files, but no file is hard-blocked for size alone.
Crop values must fit inside the source frame. A crop larger than the frame, or a negative position, will fail with an error, not a silent wrong result.
Cropping re-encodes the video to H.264 and AAC.

How do I crop the centre?

For a 1920 by 1080 video, a 1280 by 720 centre crop uses X 320 and Y 180: subtract the crop size from the frame size and halve each result.

Can I preview the crop?

This tool does not render a live preview before processing. Use the dimensions shown and, if needed, crop a short test clip first.
